Case Study

Rebranding a Global Engineering & Technology Solutions Company

Complete corporate rebrand: marketing strategy, brand identity, website design, and execution.

The Opportunity

A global engineering and technology company needed to refresh its brand identity to better reflect its business capabilities, technical expertise, and commitment to innovation. The company’s service offerings had expanded, but it’s brand no longer reflected that level of sophistication. They required a unified brand system with a clear digital presence and visuals to effectively connect with enterprise buyers.

Challenges:

  • Logo and branding no longer aligned with the company’s level of innovation and scale.
  • Website did not support functionality, user experience, and lead generation goals.
  • Social profiles and content sharing lacked structure and campaign planning.
  • Marketing materials lacked consistency and did not convey the brand’s unique value.

Solution

Brand Strategy & Identity

Conducted a brand audit to align leadership and client perception. Defined core brand personality traits and identified the company’s key strengths and differentiators. Led the first full redesign of the company logo, introducing a visual color system representing four key service pillars:

  • Engineering (blue)
  • Staffing (orange)
  • Quality (green)
  • Information Technology (magenta)

Delivered a full set of brand guidelines covering look & feel, color palette, typography, corporate messaging, and application across all brand touchpoints.

New Website Design & Development

Redesigned and rebuilt the company’s website from scratch including modernizing the UI/UX, improving usability, and restructuring content to better address audience needs. The new site focused on increasing lead generation and visibility through defined architecture and call to action items.

Marketing Collateral & Brand Rollout

Updated all key marketing materials and digital assets to support the new brand identity. Led the rebrand launch with coordinated messaging across press releases, blog content, and social media channels including:

  • Sales & pitch decks
  • Flyers and brochures
  • Social media templates
  • Event banners and business signage
  • Stationery and promo items
  • Blog articles & thought leadership content
  • Whitepapers & downloadable resources
