The Opportunity

A technical staffing company needed a complete brand identity established from the ground up. Without existing infrastructure in place, this was a brand creation initiative. The challenge was to develop an integral brand that would resonate with enterprise clients and attract engineering and tech talent. The goal was to launch with a strong marketing backbone that could quickly gain recognition in the technical staffing space and support business development from day one.

Naming, Logo & Brand Identity

Led the process of developing the company name through many rounds of ideation. Finalized the chosen brand name and oversaw the creation of a modern, scalable logo system. Delivered complete logo files in multiple formats and color variations to support consistent use across digital and print applications.

Messaging & Positioning

Created all core messaging including mission, vision, tagline, brand story, and service descriptions to resonate with both enterprise clients and technical job seekers. The messaging incorporated themes of momentum, innovation, technology, diversity, and talent mobility. Aligned brand voice with industry requirements while differentiating from competitors in the staffing space.

Website Design & Build

Designed and launched a fully custom WordPress website built from the ground up. Created all content, UX flow, and visual design assets. The site included service pages, job listings integration, lead generation forms, blog infrastructure, and clear CTAs optimized for conversion and engagement.
