I’m Monica Sachdev, Owner & Founder of Marketing Launch Kit. I’ve spent over a decade building brands, websites, and full marketing systems from the ground up.
I built my career inside lean companies where marketing was yet to be a function. That meant building it all from scratch: branding, websites, content, and the backend systems that power them. Over time, I led multi-brand campaigns and full go-to-market (GTM) strategies that usually require an entire team.
I bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital marketing, website development, and lead generation. My work sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and technology, where I design systems that connect acquisition, conversion, communication, and measurement.
I created Marketing Launch Kit to give real estate professionals, B2B companies, and small businesses access to structured, high-quality marketing systems that I once built inside corporations, without relying on templates, fragmented tech stacks, or full internal teams.
Based in Redondo Beach, California, working with clients in the South Bay, Los Angeles, and nationwide.
