Marketing Launch Kit has officially joined the South Bay Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR) Affiliates in Action committee as the company continues expanding its work across real estate marketing systems, digital infrastructure, and long-term lead pipeline strategy in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
Marketing in the real estate industry is going through a major shift, where AI content, templates, and accessible tools are reshaping how agents and businesses approach digital marketing.
While technology has simplified launching a website, creating content, and maintaining social distribution, it has also created a large amount of sameness across the industry. Many real estate professionals end up looking similar online because trend chasing or one-off marketing tasks are often prioritized over long-term systems thinking.
Marketing Launch Kit was founded on the idea that modern marketing should function as operational fluidity through a business. This philosophy emphasizes integrated systems over short-term tasks without supporting foundation.

Through its involvement with SBAOR, Marketing Launch Kit will also sponsor the upcoming SBAOR Summer Splash event on June 9th and lead an educational session on June 17th focused on turning open house traffic into a structured lead pipeline.
The educational session will explore how real estate professionals can move past paper sign-ins and manual follow-up processes with workflows that support long-term lead nurturing and relationship development.
Launched in Redondo Beach, CA earlier this year, Marketing Launch Kit draws on Sachdev’s background overseeing multi-brand B2B marketing operations spanning website systems, SEO, branding, analytics, CRM infrastructure, and digital architecture.
